7 sparrows standing on edge of fence next to feeder
others made in the garden seem to have little color
besides those things before first of all then after
how first one then another sparrow perched on fence
floats down to the feeder in a moment flaps back up
blinding white of sun across from shoulder of ridge
sunlit line of swell moving toward mouth of channel
