light coming into sky above still black
plane of ridge, planet next to branches
in foreground, sound of wave in channel

      number of instances, action
      of intersecting lines

      objects, “in one’s own time,”
      observe in retrospect

yellow orange sky above shadowed ridge,
white line of wave breaking in channel

  1. Intersecting lines provide the corners that give us information. x and y provide the coordinates the situate the daily vantage, but the context of viewer and viewed changes with each day. Are time and space merely categorizations that limit what we might know?
